Yes! Yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. If you are just getting back into a healthy routine, have limited mobility, recovering from surgery, or wheelchair bound – you can still do yoga. Effective stretching, gentle strengthening, posture, balance, breathing and relaxation techniques, will all help you to increase your mobility, coordination and strength.
